Adds components to temporarily stop and restart writing to the backlog. Also allows you to add your own text to the backlog.
Adds the following components:
1. Stop Writing to Backlog
Stops writing to the backlog until the Resume Writing to Backlog component is run.
2. Resume Writing to Backlog
Writing to backlog will resume when this component is executed.
3. Insert into Backlog
Add your own string of text to the backlog.
